A quick and easy camping stew, a hearty and filling meal.
- 1 Large tin potatoes,
- 1 tin carrots,
- 1 tin stewed steak,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 tin sweet corn (optional),
- Little oil,
- Salt and pepper to season.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
1) Open can of potatoes, carrots, sweet corn and drain,
2) Peel and dice onion,
3) Add a little oil to pan and cook onion,
4) Add potatoes, carrots, stewed steak and sweet corn,
5) Heat through stirring occasionally,
6) Add salt and pepper to season and serve when hot.
Serve up with along with fresh French bread and real butter. Mmmmmmmmmmmm
