We currently own a very, very old combi camp - 2 berth. Just had a look at Cabanon Venus and Tabora as well as a Raclet Solena. Not entirely impressed with any of them so we came home and booked tickets for the show in Birmingham next week in the hope we can look at new combi camps (unaffordable new) and anything else.
Question: do Camplet do a 2 berth version? I think Trigano do. Jamet definitely do - the Outdoor Jubilee.
So. Cabanon x 2; Raclet x 1; Jamet x 1; Combi Camp x 1; possibly Trigano Galleon; possibly Camplet. Is that all, or is there a dream 2 berth trailer tent out there that I haven't spotted yet?

Campmaster springs to mind, but its dinky.I fancied a venus myself, but I havn't seen one in the flesh yet.Camp-let dont make a 2 berth,we don't find ours too big and we use the second bed as storage. I've just spotted a Comanche Brisa on the free adds,no idea if these are still made.

I was also going to suggest a Comanche - I think the build quality on these is better than some of the others.

Thanks guys. I've stumbled across Comanche on the internet, but they're not sold in the UK any more. The Venus is ok but not quite what we want. I liked the Tabora better but it doesn't have a solid floor in the living bit. The Solena was just a bit too basic to replace the giant tangerine.
Guess I'll just have to wait for a month and see what's in Birmingham!

If they have one at the show take a look at the Alpha. It's not officially on sale in the UK until next year, but is widely available in Holland, and I managed to get one from Camperlands. It is very similar to a Combi Camp, but is a lot more reasonably priced.

According to an advert in the latest Camping magazine, Comanche are now back in the UK. They're being imported by Mangine Ltd. who are the UK dealers for Combi-Camp.
