It may be helpful if you could provide peeps with some indication of location and how far you are prepared to travel.

I don't know of any sites with a pub attached that does Christmas lunch, if that is what you mean. There are plenty of sites with nearby pubs though, a quick google will tell you if they do meals on Christmas day. We are going to one ourselves. It does mean you can't drink much though if you have to drive there.

We (well, I) decide where we want to go and then look to see if there is a local pub doing Christmas lunch, but it sounds as if you want to be more sociable. There are sites where entertainment is laid on, but we don't use them so can't help there I'm afraid. I don't know if there are Christmas/New Year meets, you may like them.

The Three Magpies in Seend, Wiltshire does Christmas Lunch I believe, and it has its own camp site at the back, and is next to the C&CC's Devizes Club site.

The following sites are open for Christmas and have a pub close by, however, I do not know for certain if they are opened for Christmas Lunch:

Birchwood Tourist Park near Wareham, Dorset

C&CC Moreton Club Site, Dorset

Fforest Fields, Powys, Wales

Hope this helps.

Hello from nomapmawby,or even Malcolm ,I have found a place were you can not only have chrismas dinner, but wine, coffee ,all for 55, and wait for it ????? A CAMPSITE right behind the pub, with a hook up is 11. It's called Fox & Hound Lydford Devon Tel 01822820206 . There is also C/C Site just down the road.Tavistock c/c club higher longford tel 01822 618672 . I have been around this area this summer (and what a summer) and i like it very much . so maybe see some of you there ,I have a Hyma motorhome with a sign on the front which make's most people smile ?

I believe The Bell at Buckland Dinham
The Bell

are doing Christmas lunch and have a small camp site attached. It's changed hands a few months ago and doing great things apparently. The website link probably will not work as they are creating a new one.
