I'm going to be putting together a photobook of our niece's wedding (she had asked us to take the photo's and cover the day as she didn't want a formal theme or lots of posed pics).

I'm after recommendations and who to avoid! I'm thinking of possibly using Photobox but have never used them before. However, I have used Vistaprint in the past (for my Dad's 70th).

Booked so far for 2016: Longthorns Farm

Hoping to go back to Mull in the Summer

I did a photobook for my brothers 50th and used www.photoworld.co.uk I was very pleased with the quality of the book and their speed of delivery - couldn't fault them. You do have to design the book yourself but that was part of the fun.

I've done several A4 hardcover (landscape) holiday photobooks with descriptive text for my Dad using Photobox, and quality of books and clarity of images has been very good. They arrived quickly too. There are a variety of styles and formats. It took me a while to work out how to substitute page layouts to make the most of the images, but I got there in the end and he was very pleased with them, showing them to neighbours etc.

If you were to use a general file sharing site like Dropbox you could then separately choose where to go to get the printing done either online or on earth.

With something like Dropbox you can also securely share any document/album produced from the pics/videos you produce and let an invited audience view / print them for themselves. You get 5 gigs free storage space, it will work across platforms i.e iphone, android, mac, pc and auto update if you change anything everyone will get the change if that makes sense.   The more people you invite to share the album the more free disk space you will get so its a win win. oh and did I mention its free!

Just a thought.

Are you looking for a photo sharing site or to have a single Photobook printed.
If you want to share the album with family and friends dropbox is very good as David has detailed above, you just send then an invite to view and they can all see the pictures without joining the site
If you want photo books made up why not go to your local high street photo shop or even one of the larger Asda stores where the staff will assist you from start to finish
