I am pleased to announce that the winner of the monthly draw for January 2013 for a 2 night break courtesy of Camping in the Forest - camping in 20 forest campsites in the UK is mackney. You can see the review from here

If you were not lucky enough, do not worry because if you have already submitted a review for a tent, you will automatically be re-entered into the draw for the following month.

If you have not left a review yet, why not submit one to be in with a chance of winning.

Don't forget you can now add your own images of your tent too.

Next draw is for another Camping in the Forest holiday prize, so keep the reviews coming for your chance to win a 2 night stay on any Camping in the Forest Campsite. 20 beautiful campsites set in Forestry Commission locations throughout the UK

Cheers Ratty

my tent was bought by my dad over 24 years ago ,as we were loading his van with everything (including the kitchen sink) for another camping session down lovely Pembroke, a chap came to the door and offered this tent for a tenner. My dad bought it but never used it as we had a family sized tent, so I used it for my camping/fishing trips with my mates. Its the older style with a sown in groundsheet and a three way zip.A flysheet finishes it off.
Haven t used it for a few years but its still in the attic ready as it was always dried out and looked after.Lots of fond memories of camping with my mam and dad, as they re both gone now but what a brill time as a kid, not much money but lots of love....I took my kids too.
