When I first switch to a twin I found hte tyres had been over inflated and this had hte same effect, when i deflated to the correct setting it was ok.

Check the ATC light is green before you set off and again after a short distance and as zafiral says, feel the wheel hubs and see if htey are getting hot.

If you think there is an issue then speak to Al-ko, I had a problem with faulty wiring on the towbar and AL-ko were very good in sorting things out

I have just changed to a van fitted with ATC.  First longish tow with it last week up through Mid Wales.  It is a wiered feeling as you can feel it working sometimes.

I'll admit to taking a bend over a rise a little too quickly, but as I exited the bend I thought the engine had died on me as the van applied its own brakes.

Looking forward to a spin on the motorway now.

I'm on my third ATC equipped 'van now.  The common time for us to be aware of it is when exiting a roundabout with a strange camber locally.

Only time I've been aware of it on the open road is when having to swerve to avoid a car which pulled out in front of us.
