My Dad used to have a canvas just like that - it was a painter/decorators dust sheet and was in rather better condition.

,this is canvas cruelty!!!! Makes my fiver bargain look like a palace!,Must be a wind up,surely...£50 for something that looks like it's been rescued from a fire,matched with a tent rescued from a sewer,

I think some sort of madness comes over people on Ebay. They get so fixated they will pay daft money just for the sake of "winning".
