The third, fourth and fifth reviews on this Tent Reviews page might help.

Hi, I have recently bought one of these tents from an ebay seller, and am sure it is missing some parts.  It also is missing the erection instructions.

Does anyone have a copy of the instructions they can scan and post to this forum, and also does anyone have a list of parts which is required to assemble this tent?

I have the following parts:

Fly sheet, Inner large tent, 2 x inner small tents, 2 x long orange poles (9 sections each), 3 x shorter orange poles (7 sections each), 2 x grey poles (3 section each), 2 bags of pegs, 2 x rubber covers for the top of the grey poles, some guy ropes.

I have heard people talk of yellow poles but do not have any of these.

What am I missing???

Many Thanks,

Ste

We did have one. It was the first tent we had, which is why we had no idea how to put it up.
I am sure now it would be so much easier!

I can't give you exact instructions and it seems we did it all wrong anyway but here is a piccy and hopefully you can see which colour poles go where.

All I know is our daughter had to stand inside for a good twenty minutes or so holding it up whilst we got all the rings and pins in

sjl241...

The tent had a fly sheet, one large inner, and if I remember correct 2 long black poles, two yellow and two green (maybe one but pic looks like two separate)

There were no other inners as the large one has a curtain divider and no grey or orange poles so either you have a different tent or have been sold a bag of mismatched parts.

Hi, I am still struggling with this, does anyone have one of these tents who would be prepared to photocopy their setup instructions and email them to me? If so, please message me back!

Alternativley, can anyone let me know the colours of the poles and the numbers of sections in each length?

Many Thanks,

Ste

One or two of the reviews give a guide as to which poles go where and which order to put them in.

We no longer have this tent and only put it up once. It was our first time putting a tent up and had no idea so got it all horribly wrong.

Thanks, have looked at this a number of times, but I have not yet found a comprehensive list of what poles are supplied and the number of sections in each pole set.

Not sure if this helps but from 1 of the reviews of the tent as said by Surfspud

Posted by Fgoldenmile

This is the way my wife and I erected the tent.

Laid out the outer,

Pushed through colour coded poles into fabric,(not the yellow one`s)

I pulled up front section while my wife staked out the guide ropes.

We carried on like this till we reached the last section and made the appropriate adjustments to the skin.

At this stage the outer tent was erect and in position a piece of cake.

We then fed the yellow poles through their sleeves and that was that.

Then we staked out the tent fully, took about 10 min`s.

The inner tent was simplicity itself clips at the base and toggles up the side`s and ceiling. Took about ten mins again.

The whole thing took no more than 40-50 mins to put up (no strong wind)and like I said this is our first time

In my opinion this tent is value for money I paid 99 pound for it in the argos sale.

What I would recommend is you leave the poles out of the main carry bag so it weighs less.

The tent rolled up easily and went back in the bag with the inner tent and ground sheet, there was room for the poles but I left them out by choice.

Maddie

If you google it and look at images it shows the tent from different angles. You can just see the silver bit where the poles go together and should be able to work out how many sections each pole has.

There should be two green poles with 3 sections. Also two yellow ones and two black. I'm not sure of the amount of sections on these but as I said using the images you can count.

The poles should be connected with elastic anyway so at least that helps work out the individual poles.

Oh and the metal bit that goes across the top of the porch joining the two green ones.

Looking at my pics the yellow poles may be in 4 sections with a joining one in between on either side.

So 2 green, 4 yellow, one black.

If you are still stuck maybe take a pic of the poles so we can see what you have.

Thanks everyone,

So I have 3 x orange 7 section carbon fibre poles
2 x orange 9 section carbon fibre poles
2 x grey 3 section steel or Alu poles - one end has plastic cap for the ground, the opposite has a metal pin which looks like it should go to a ridge hole in the canvas.

I do not have any other poles.

What parts am I missing - or do I have the wrong poles altogether????

Cheers,

Ste
