Hi has anyone tried fitting a Icarus 500 front enclosed canopy to a Outwell/Vacanza winnipeg 500 exclusive to Argos.

Haven't tried it but don't see why they wouldn't work as they are the same size.

I took my Winnipeg back for a refund after finding out there are no extras available for it.

You could try asking Outwell on their facebook page

Thanks found the Icarus carpet and footprint perfect.

But although the canopy should fit like a glove, one side rear retaining strap may be restricted because of the smaller side door canopy.

This also happens with the Outwell Nevada M and Nevada M extension as this has the small door canopy if you clip the stap on the exposed pole it pulls down on it but you can clip it over the pole sleeve.Have a look at the pics of Nevada M in the tent review section. If its in completely the wrong place you could always cut it off and use a clingon to reposition it

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
