Without boring you with the why's, I need to get a cheap pop up tent today but living where I do in Somerset options to purchase aren't great.

To that end has anyone got experience of the pop up tents they sell in B&M discount stores for 24?

Are they Ok?

Just needed for a couple of nights fair weather camping.

Sunncamp Kansas 8
Coleman Coastline Deluxe 4
Monty 4
Coleman Coastline 3
Gelert Rocky 4
Aztec Terrano 4

Grieving the loss of my Coleman Evolva and Sunncamp Palace

I never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity

It looks the same as the Quechua popup tents from Decathlon & they are ok. I would check it does have an inner tent though, if it does not you will wake up soaking from condensation dripping from roof. If not I would order one online from Decathlon, they do have inners. this one

If thats more than what you want to spend then you would be better getting a cheap as poss dome tent with inner.

If you need it today what about Argos as alternative?

It's better to ask a silly question than make a silly mistake.

Don't get the B&M Bargains one, as they are single skinned and you will be cold and wet from dripping condensation. They're really only good for kiddies play tents.

If you are in a panic, forget the pop up idea and go for a little dome tent from any supermarket, a two or three man. Just check it has a inner tent (you can usually tell from the pic on the front). I got a Gelert Lunar 2 from Tescos last year, great little tent.
