We live in the area and seem to remember seeing a leaflet with map etc. Have a look on East Dorset district council website or maybe even on Moors Valley country parks website and they had some local cycle rides and the Castleman goes right past Moors Valley

We came back from France to Poole a few weeks ago and enjoyed a days cycling on the coastal path from the centre of Poole. It was very pleasant with a good surface and well signed.

Just one thing to be aware of...parking can be a bit difficult (in a motorhome for us)in the centre!

We only had time for 10 miles or so up towards Sandbanks but thoroughly enjoyed it. Next year we'll try to do more.

Thanks Frannyvan for the link btw!
