I went for a walk/ hike .Started at Lymm Dam , Headed down the the Dingle pathway through the woods In bright sunny dry weather 8C . Into the pretty Lymm village with a little pond and over the canal bridge going north down the lanes to pick up the Trans Pennine trail.
Then turned East past Rush Green lot of people out walkers, runners, cyclists making good of the nice sunny weather . On down the trail going across lanes and open land crossed the track for the Bollin Valley way ,which meandered with the river . Then along to Heathley bypassing Carr green . Decided to come off the TPT,at Dunham woodhouses . As wanted to go back on circular route to lymm ,went off through the lanes and picked up The Bridgewater Canal going S/W direction . Along the towpath In an elevated view of all the Cheshire Countryside and seeing Dunham Massey In the distance . And lots of boats and barges moored up . Some with funny names . like " Bob the barn Owl keeps bobbing on ", and 'Soddum Hall' . Stopped for lunch at Agden bridge , just chilled and took in all the lovely countryside . Onwards past Outrington , and arrived back In Lymm village ,nice place for a visit quaint little shops and pubs then uphill and out and back to the Dam . A nice 10 mile walk . It was a Grand day out .
