The Camping and Caravanning Club has now made it even easier to appreciate its great range of worldwide products and services by rebranding its offering and challenging the wider travel market.

Following extensive research, the Club has now removed its ‘Carefree’ branding and strengthened its focus by launching ‘Worldwide Motorhoming Holidays’.

The new branding is highly distinguishable and allows the Club to continue to maintain its position as an industry leader.

The Club is the only organisation in the camping and caravanning industry that has its very own worldwide travel service. From dedicated Tour Escorts to in-house Travel Specialists, the Club plans and leads all of its own motorhoming holidays.

Whether holidaymakers would like to book a fly-drive adventure and experience a group tour, or would prefer a more individual approach and enjoy a tailor-made journey, the Club’s Worldwide Motorhoming Holidays has something for everyone. Holidaymakers don’t even need their own vehicle to holiday with the Club!

The Club currently offers Escorted Tours, for both members and non-members, to USA, Canada, Southern Africa, New Zealand and Argentina.

And it seems its Worldwide Motorhoming Holidays are becoming increasingly popular as, to date, the Club has reported a surge in its Escorted Tours, with bookings increasing by 51 per cent year-on-year.

Due to their popularity, the Club has already had to add a second tour of Southern Africa in 2014 and a third tour of New Zealand in 2015.

Richard Grimsdale, the Club’s Travel Services Director, is delighted with the new rebrand and he said: “We’ve continued to see a healthy rise in the number of people looking to go abroad and experience inspirational worldwide holidays – it’s a really exciting time for the Club!

“After 18 months of research, we found that members thought Carefree was a third party offering rather than part of the Club, with even more being unaware of the services available.

“We wanted to add clarity, remove barriers among members and non-members, and eliminate the need to explain what Carefree is, allowing us to strengthen our focus on promoting the great services we offer.”
