Hi Mark

Currently only have one pitch for a 10' van available, but have a planning application for 2 more pitches being submitted later this month and these will take 12' wide vans.
It could be November before we can go ahead with putting bases/utilities in and the council will insist the vans are greenish in colour

Hi Jeff, do you have any static pitches available? Looked on your website but could not fine an email address.
Thanks

Hey did you find any where?
I am in the same predicament. Unfortunately, my static caravan is older than 15 years and it's hard enough find a park that re-pitches let alone takes caravans older than 10 years.
I am looking in the Norfolk area. It was on my family's land while they were renovating and now I need to find somewhere to move it as the work is finished. I wouldn't be living in it all year round but would need to leave it somewhere all year. If you found anywhere please let us know. wishing you luck

What about Greenfields near Llangrannog? The beach & surroundings are stunningly beautiful. The site sells used statics, so they might let you put yours on their site.

Static pitches available to relocate your static caravan at Maesbach Caravan and Camping Park, Carmarthenshire, South West Wales SA19 8EX.

Static Caravan pitch situated on tranquil family run 5 acre Park, open March to October. Located in scenic rural open countryside south of Lampeter, an ideal country hideaway for a relaxing weekend escape or holiday break, with coastal resorts an easy drive. Quiet lanes for walking, cycling, horse riding, with river and lake fishing nearby or visit local attractions and the beautiful sandy beaches at the coast. The local village pub in Ffarmers serves delicious food, bar snacks and take-away meals.

The large pitch has views over open fields, a hardstanding base for the caravan, patio and car parking alongside. There is a spacious grassed area to the side and back of the pitch for relaxation with plenty of space for recliners, so that you can take advantage of the warm summer evenings and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle with a glass of wine or a barbeque.

A caravan of your choice new or pre-owned can be purchased from an extensive choice offered by our approved supplier. Alternatively if you already own a static caravan it may be possible to relocate it to our park, our annual fees are very much lower than those charged by large commercial parks.

Park location postcode SA19 8EX - to visit the park and view the pitch or for further details please email admin at maesbach.com or telephone 01558 650650.
