Our static has a 4 ring gas hob & a microwave which sits on top of a work surface.
Can anyone recommend a good oven instead of the microwave? I'm not bothered about electric rings because we've got the gas hob.
Thanks

have you looked at one of the small worktop type mini ovens - we use ours a lot - so much more convenient !

Static vans tend to have gas hobs as an electric hob will take too much current if all rings are on and you put more load on the circuit, this will more than likely throw the trip on the hook up point outside. Have look in other statics and take the name of the gas oven fitted. You will need a gas aafe fiyyer to install a gas oven and as will lose a cupboard

Thanks for the advice.I've looked at a few small worktop ovens but will consider the voltage & tripping the system.

The voltage will be normal domestic voltage, it is the power consumption you need to check, ie the amps. A 2000 watt cooker will take approx 10 amps
