We are going to Gowerton, then onto Shawesmead in July with the cc.
Not all pitches are hardstanding. As we have just had a really bad 4 nights at another site and on grass we really want to get on an Hardstanding pitch.
When i put a question to the cc members i was told that its first come who gets the hardstanding. Well we are coming over 200 miles and if the weather is not too good, do we take a chance and pitch on grass ??.We only got back on sunday the mud we had to shift was really bad the breathable groundsheet was a joke as all the water just poured through it, after 2 days we packed the awning away.Do not want a repeat of last week it was awful.
