Glamp set up and nice pics, thanks for sharing!

However, where are the ones showing GW having a fry up while Geoff tucked into his rabbit food?

You do know that I absolutely love the rest of it, don't you, Wendy? And that I think you did an excellent job of the pitching etc... and not in a patronising, chauvinistic kinda way either?
You did get that, didn't you? It did come across clearly in my first post, didn't it?

... and your hair looks nice.

... Have I done enough grovelling yet?

I will let you off then Mucker..but a bit more grovelling wouldnt go a miss I do like to see men grovelling...as for the chairs..we wanted to buy some wooden directors chairs but couldnt find the colour I wanted so saw them for 7.00 and thought theyed do for now..a bargain I thought.. but might rethink the cushions

TBF, Wendy, I was fully aware of your search for the wooden directors chairs, and knew full well these were more "do-for-now" chairs... I wouldn't have dared called them "poxy" otherwise!!

And as for cushions, the reality is, I'm a bloke... I've never "chosen" a cushion in my life, and don't particularly envy the task either, so what do I know!

On a serious note, I'm so chuffed you both had a wonderful time. I hope you both switched off to the world around you, and concentrated on simply being together. The pics certainly give that impression.

Hand on heart, (EDIT: No pun intended!!) this is my favourite thread of the year to date... and one I have been looking forward to since "it all kicked off" back in June!

I'd like to think we (Me & Muckerette) don't particularly need a reminder of "what's important in life", but it sure does no harm, once in a while!!

Happy days!
xxx

If I cant have a fry up then no one can dk. But I was allowed fish & chips providing I walked down this hill from the campsite to Bourton`s chippie. 1 mile straight down and 1 mile straight back up again. Nice little evening stroll.

Mucker. I don't do kisses to men. but a man hug is sent your way.

Pfft! Typical of the older generation! Just can't get 'em to open up, and expose their inner emotions!!

BTW... next time you are there, and the weather suits, try the walk over the fields (public footpath). Maybe 10mins (max) longer, but probably more in keeping with the "Great to be alive" mantra!

I remember struggling up that hill a few times during my trip there and I was pretty fit at the time. If you managed to get the fish and chips back up that hill before they went cold I take my hat off to you.
