I spent the last weekend trying to get used my recent purchase of a Pennine Aztec. Having used the internet for information I was able to erect it without too much trouble. Electric hook up and Gas cylinder connected meant I had all the facilities available. No Awning was supplied, just a Sun Canopy which I did not bother with.
The site I chose was at Kings Lynn Caravan and Camping ground which I thought would be quiet enough as most families had left for home. This site is clean, flat and has good facilities. The owners showed me to my plot, explained everything about the area then left me alone.
During my stay I visited the Mid Norfolk Railway at Dereham in warm sunshine. There is plenty to do in the area and within easy reach of the site.
Sunday morning I broke camp and added more to the experience. Many lessons have been learnt from this weekend, one or two things I will do differently another time.
Overall a good weekend at a good site.
