Brand new to the market:

50 OLPro Pop Up Beach Hut Tent
The unique pop up UV+ 35 rated Beach Hut from OLPro. Simply throw out the 70cm disc shaped bag and the 2m x 2m x 2m ready made beach hut will appear! Find out more and get a chance to win one!

What do you think? Would you like one? Would this a useful addition to your kit?

We think these look awesome and cannot wait for March to try them out for ourselves. Perhaps it can be used as a shower and toilet tent at festivals, or as a storage area on a campsite. Or simply for its purpose, as a portable beach hut.

How easy are they to pack away after use?

Hi Jeff - It's waterproof so you're okay and UV +35 protected which contributes to the price. It looks fantastic when up &

EJ - It's easier to put away than pop up tents as it folds in on itself.

You can see from the video at :

Weston Super Mare are one beach who are going to be offering these out during the season and I know more are doing the same although most are being used in parks, gardens and obviously on sites.

I'd love one as a shower and toilet tent for basic sites with no facilities. We take a chemical toilet anyway and thinking of investing in a little portable shower.

Had a fantastic time with the Beach Hut on Saturday at Weston with winds and all. It's very sturdy and the sand pockets around the base kept it in place (we didn't need pegs or guy lines at all).

So simple but genius !! As a mum of 5 little ones aged 1-9yrs old it has loads of uses, this would be a God send especially instead of trying to hold towels up as a shield while the older boys take wet shorts off to change at the beach.

Umm, to replicate that authentic seaside feel, are they waterproof? Can you huddle out of the rain in them?
