The 2 new camp beds arrived - yippee! They are a bit larger than I had thought (but that is a positive thing) and can already see the possibilities of underbed storage which I think will def be needed in a smaller tent. Am keeping my fingers crossed that OH will agree to do some tests of the new Vango Zeal and beds this weekend. Let's hope the weather holds out (or I guess a wet test might even be better)

I have the Kampa which is very similar. It's a snug fit in a 4 man tent though. Weather is meant to be improving from tomorrow, so I reckon you will be able to persuade your DH

Personally I use furniture coasters under the feet.
But there was a recent thread - where most people use jar lids or Pringle lids.

Car boot storage bags, sometimes to be found in pound stretcher etc in the auto section, are ideal for sliding under the camp bed I have. I like that it comes in sections, great for storing socks, rolled up T'shirts etc.
