Romany - "Administrators pay rises" that you mentioned on 3/11/13 are not the same as "admin costs" that you mention today. Admin costs cover a whole host of costs and might not even cover admin salaries.

When you consider that postage costs have risen considerably in the last couple of years - 40% for a second class stamp - then you might realise there could be a valid reason behind the rise.

However as you won't disclose the source of your information (and flattery won't help) we will never know whether what you are stating is relevant.
