we have an Ace Jubilee 2005 Caravan in very good condition it comes with a big 3 metre awning ideal for lots of space we also have an annexe on one end of the awning which is blue and we have colour coded the poles so it is very easy to put up ,we are also selling the microwave,kettle and a fantastic mobile kitchen unit to go in the awning and we have a seprate mini frige/freezer that comes in very handy on holiday as the caravan freezer is quite small the end bathroom is quite big and has a shower ,sink,toliet and a large cupboard it has a set of fixed bunks and another set of bunks that change into a 2 seated breakfast area there is a table to go inbetween the settees the settees fold out into a nice big double bed there is plenty of storage all around the caravan ,we have 2 gas bottles water barrels and electric mains adapter with cables
for the awning we have a large grey carpet that fits in quite nice it is a special material that helps the grass breathe overall a very good caravan only selling as we dont use it enough it has had only one onwer before us and we have only used it 5 times in 3 years the only issue with the caravan inside is 2 of the blinds have been slightly ripped they are easily fixed we just havent had the time and there is also a winter cover for the caravan during the winter season
