Swift Conqueror 640 Salon 6 berth Twin Axle Touring Caravan 1995 + full seasonal pitch set up including 3.5 metre wide main awning (1 year old) with annexe, and a porch awning. Same owner for 3 years and it really is home from home and is ready to move into.
Sited on a seasonal super pitch Golden Valley Camping and Caravan Park between Derby and Matlock (Codnor DE55 4ES) for 3 years ; the pitch may be taken over subject to agreement with ite owner (no transfer fees), or buyer is of course free to move the caravan elsewhere.
The caravan has twin single beds at the front ; there are also optional bunk beds over each bed, or the two singles make a very large double bed allowing for very flexible sleeping arrangements. Between the single beds is a chest of drawers, TV ariel point and electric socket. At the rear of the caravan is a large L shped living area which also make a very large double bed. Here you will also find a TV ariel point and electricity socket with space for a TV. The kitchen has an oven, separate grill and 4 burner gas hob, 3 way fridge and freezer compartment, sink and drainer, and an extractor fan. Electricity socket with space for kettle / toaster etc. Additionally there is a factory fitted roof mounted air ventilation system. The bathroom has a sink, shower and electric flush cassette toilet system. There is a gas fire with heating vents throughout the caravan.
The main awning is a 1 year old Quest Elite Palace. This is a 3.5 metre wide awning whcih also has an extension annexe at the front making a huge space. The whole of the awning has cushioned and insulated flooring. We tend to use the front of the awing as a dining area and the middle as a kitchen area ; the floor in these areas is lino on top of the cushioning (waterproof and easy to clean). The rear of the awning is our living room and this is carpeted and furnished with a conservatory style 3 piece suite, 28 television sateliite TV decoder (dish is mounted on a wooden pole outside) and DVD player (all included in the sale) ; it really is like a living room !!!! We have the awning set up with an entrance porch area, but if desired the canvas can be moved to create an even bigger awning space. We have bought extra support poles for the awing as well. I think that we also have an inner tent which can be attached in the awning to creat an extra bedroom ; if I can find it, that will also be included. The awning is on a south facing aspect, lovely fot he summer sun.
On the offside of the caravan we have a 1 year old Pyramid porch awning which we use as a store for bikes, chemical and general stuff.
Outside there is a green plastic storage shed, 16 amp electric point, tap, gas barbecue.
The only bad points I am aware of are 1. The water heater split in the winterof 2009. Tap right outside the van. 2. Struts on one window broken. 3. Awnings are quite mucky, particularly on their roofs.
