|Employer's Name: Gundrys Caravan & Camping||Location: Dorset|
We have been let down, so we are now seeking two hardworking wardens to assist in running our campsite. We are not looking for the impossible, we need people who are passionate about their job, who will go the extra mile and most importantly who enjoy meeting people.
We have a balance of touring and seasonal pitches - 60 in total plus a Rally field
The campsite is very spacious as we only put customers round the edge of the fields so there is plenty of space to enjoy. We are a quiet campsite, very well maintained with spotless toilets and showers. We take great pride in maintaining an excellent presented campsite and facilities. The role will include toilet and shower block cleaning, collecting rubbish, recycling, grass cutting and strimming, general maintenance and reception duties as well as opening and closing the site. We work as a team to ensure everything is kept in a spotless condition.
This is a full time role, busy times its full on, obviously during quiet periods there will be more time to relax. The work is not hard, but you will need to maintain a presence on the campsite to oversee the facilities, meet and greet new customers, dealing with reception and general enquiries. Normally you will do five days on and two days off, except during high season when there will be one day off each week.
We don't want people who will do an average job, we truely want some one to love their job.
We offer a good salary, pitch for motorhome or caravan away from the main campsite so you can have peace and privacy. We are a working farm so wardens without dogs would be most welcome.
This is an immediate vacancy which will run until the end of September/October.
Please call me to discuss this further.
It goes without saying you need a good sense of humour to work on a campsite
