We are looking for a couple whos principal role will be to operate our recently refurbished on site Tea Rooms providing high quality cooked breakfasts and evening meals at weekends and during other peak periods to be agreed.
At other times one of the couple will carry out housekeeping duties in our luxury lodges whilst the other will undertake general Site Warden duties around the site including cleaning of our facilities, grounds/general maintenance, towing caravans in/out of storage onto pitches plus other routine tasks as required.
Hours will be varied over a 5 day week including weekends and bank holidays. It is likely that the days off will be Tuesday and Wednesday.
Ideally at least one of the candidates should have experience in a similar environment including food handling and stock management, and be in possession of an appropriate Food Hygiene Qualification. Both candidates must be fluent in English.
The roles are available for immediate start with an end date to be agreed as the site is open all year, although a commitment to the end of the summer season in September would be required.
Successful candidates will each be paid £7.50 per hour and receive a free fully serviced pitch (including electric, wifi, laundry). You will need to provide your own caravan or motorhome to live in.

Greendale is a 5 star, friendly, small site with a conservation ethos, a member of Tranquil Parks & set in rolling farmland. Greendale is just over half a mile from the active village of Whissendine with good pub, shop & working windmill.
The person [or couple] appointed would have to be familiar with life on a campsite & possess their own caravan, motorhome or similar.
The most important role would be to speak in a friendly way with our customers, to give them a warm welcome and show them the pitch & facilities.
Training will be given with taking a booking although confidence with a computer is an advantage. Sufficient health to be able to cut small areas of grass is essential.

Laneside Caravan Park is a popular well run and long established family site in the picturesque location of Hope in the Hope Valley Derbyshire. We are looking for a mature couple to join our close team as caravan park Week Wardens. This is a new position here at Laneside to meet increasing occupancy. We are wanting one part of the couple to help in the office and the other to help with ground keeping on the site for the same days. The office job will include using our computerised booking system to make telephone bookings and check customers in so computer skills are necessary. Some experience with grounds work such as mowing, strimming & spraying would be useful. Applicants will need to have a positive, friendly, pro-active and self-motivated attitude with an ‘everyone muck in and ‘can do mentality. Working well under pressure and some experience working with your partner is preferable but not essential. Also an interest in caravanning with your own caravan. We will provide you with an electric awning seasonal pitch at no extra cost and pets are welcome but no more than 2 dogs. The position is Monday to Wednesdays as well as additional holiday cover. This includes occasional Bank Holiday Mondays. Wardens will be required as soon as possible to October half term or by arrangement with a view to returning for the 2017 season from Easter Bank Holiday.
Office warden duties:
Office & shop work
Booking in customers so basic IT skills are needed
Dealing with customers face to face with a friendly and professional manner
The ability to deal with telephone bookings and enquires in a friendly and professional manner
Field Warden duties
Experience of handy man work (mowing, strimming, painting etc)
Keeping up the high standards on site such as gardening and assisting our grounds man
Basic IT skills
Current UK driving licence (for at least one of the applicants)
Professional and friendly phone manner
Caravan knowledge in general
Trust worthy and reliable
Proactive and hard working

An opportunity has arisen for a couple to enjoy summer in the Peak District with plenty of free time.
We have a warden couple who work the majority of the paid hours but are looking for a couple to provide daytime cover for the site on approx. 3 mid week days and an overnight presence on the camping field during the week. Typically we have no more than 4 units overnight during the week excl. holiday times and it can sometimes be none. You may also be asked to assist the warden couple during busy periods or to cover for them to enable them to take weekend time off and for these hours you will be paid.
Mid week you would be required to take phone bookings and deal with online enquiries and bookings. Depending on the numbers onsite in the week you may be required to clean through our small toilet block. We have a separate grounds maintenance person but it may be that you take on some of these duties also.

About the role:
The Staff Campsite Warden is part of the Staff Reception team which is made up of 20 volunteers and staff, who are the first point of arrival for all of our volunteers. The Staff Campsite is a temporary campsite that is set up each year to provide an additional accommodation option for our volunteers.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic person or a couple to help set up and run the Staff Campsite for us. Volunteers are asked to commit to 11 days from Friday 1 July to Monday 11 July 2016.
Main Responsibilities will include:
• Checking in volunteers for the Staff Campsite
• Allocating pitches whilst ensuring spacings adhere to campsite regulations
• Assisting volunteers with any queries/problems relating the Staff Campsite
• Checking the facilities daily and reporting any faults/issues
• Ensuring the Staff Campsite is kept clean and tidy
