Vacancy: Bar Attendant and on call - Applications close 02/04/2017
Employer's Name: Waterfoot Caravan ParkLocation: Cumbria

5 star, David Bellamy Gold award winning park at Pooley Bridge, Ullswater - Seasonal Bar and on call attendant required.

We require a member of staff to undertake the roles of Bar Attendant and on call duties. These roles demand a great deal of flexibility and we feel would most likely suit a someone wishing to spend the season in a beautiful part of the country and willing to work over 5 nights including weekends over the whole season 1st March until 14th November breakdown as described below:-

Bar Attendant

The ideal candidate would be someone from a quality background, preferably with at least 1 year of previous bar experience but not essential, and be absolutely passionate about customer service delivery and cleanliness. Your main priority will be to make our customers feel warm & welcome during their stay on site. We are known for providing excellent customer service and if you would like to join our team - keeping the customer happy must be the most important thing to you too.

The position is guaranteed minimum of 22 hours per week and up to 33 hours during High season and Bank Holidays.

On Call duties

This position is extremely important as we need someone to be on the park over night during the season, however, most of the time this is a fairly straight forward role that requires the successful applicant to be on site, to be called upon via an on call mobile telephone in case of late arrivals or emergencies, however, during the school holidays and busy weekends this will also involve a late at night security/noise check and so requires the right personality able to make good decisions at night to ensure that all is quiet on site and there are no issues etc.

A two-bedroom static holiday home may be provided for the right candidate/s

Please note that the above roles dont necessarily need to be for one person as they can be split into two meaning that there is an opportunity for the right couple - one being the bar attendant and one the on-call attendant.
