The position pays £7.00 per hour per person and comes with a free electric hard-standing pitch for your own touring caravan or motorhome.

Hours are part time and this would suit someone who wanted to combine spending some time in the area with a free pitch and part time work. Hours will be mainly evenings and weekends.
We are a small site so sometimes we are extremely quiet and other times extremely busy.
A free pitch with electric or possibly a static caravan is provided plus a small wage depending on hours.

Duties to include the conducting and overall management of the wide range of tasks required to keep our park running smoothly, our customers happy, and more coming through the door. Wide scope and autonomy to manage the business and seasonal staff, and perform and maintain high cleaning, grounds and customer service standards, and a bonus scheme/profit share operates for you to benefit from our success.
The successful candidate/s will be likely to have recent experience of successful management in a service industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and be fully I.T literate to use and develop our new booking system and embrace social media to enhance the business. Physical fitness and a willingness to get stuck in to whatever the park needs are also required.
We are in a lovely spot in the East Sussex countryside in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but with good access to the coast and London.

Dibles Park consists of 46 residential park homes and licensed for 14 touring units.
It is located just outside the village of Warsash midway between Southampton and Portsmouth a short distance from the M27.
Due to retirement we are looking for a Manager couple to run the park.
The park is owned by the residents each having a £1.00 share in the Company and the balance of shares held by the solicitors, this is quite a unique situation and works extremely well.
The couple we are looking for must be friendly, confident and very proactive as you have total responsibility for the running of the park and reporting progress to the Directors who are residents of the park.
The following skills are a pre requisite of the positions:
Ability to carry out grass cutting and hedge trimming. An understanding of park electrics. A thorough knowledge of site plumbing including the facilities i.e. showers, toilet block, pot wash, laundry and fresh water/waste points. A complete maintenance all-rounder. The quarterly reading of residents water and electric meters and production of their bills. An in depth knowledge of Sage accounting. Familiar with Windows Live Mail. Competent with Excel and Word 2010. A good telephone manner and the ability to plan and replan touring bookings. Able to reconcile and carry out banking procedures. Familiar with the use of a PDQ machine. Good general office procedures.
Duties would also include cleaning the touring facilities to an extremely high standard and daily checks, receiving touring units/showing them their pitch, facilities and the touring area. Maintenance and cleanliness of the whole park.
These are all encompassing positions and would suit couples who have held similar positions or experienced wardens looking for the next step.
The salary is to be decided by experience plus a fully furnished and financed modern park home.

We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic person to take on the role of Park Manager at Holdens, a 30 acre caravan park, containing 500 static holiday caravans, located within walking distance of the beach at Bracklesham Bay, near Chichester.
The job will suit a confident, self motivated and hard working individual with a broad range of skills. Together with three other staff, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the whole park.
Duties will include: park care, park development, maintenance and repairs, staff management, staff training, siting caravans, caravan sales, after sales care, park security, health & safety, and some office admin.
Previous static caravan park experience is preferred (please note we are looking for someone with park maintenance experience, not someone with club/bar/entertainment experience).
You will need to be able to deal with any problems that arise, so any construction, mechanical, grounds keeping, plumbing, and electrical experience will be useful. You must be computer literate, and have a valid UK driving licence. You will also need to have a good personality, be able to sell caravans to new customers and be able to get on well with our existing customers, suppliers and staff.
This is a full time permanent position, which includes free accommodation on the park in a two bedroom lodge. You will be required to work 6 days per week in the summer, and 5 days per week in the winter.
You will be based at Holdens, but may be required to travel to some of our other parks should the need arise.
