We are looking for off season wardens for the winter to start beginning September.
We are looking for positive, friendly, pro-active and self motivated individuals or couples to be resident wardens, working ad hoc days on general site maintance (grass cutting, cleaning toilets and showers, cleanining accommodation, opening and locking main gates,seeing in guests etc) and dealing with customers.
Successful applicants would have the opportunity to earn commissions on activities and extras bought by guests on site.
We have a close working friendly team with an 'everyone muck in' and 'can do attitude.'
The position is from september to end of march. Successfull applicants would be required to work new year.
In return you will receive a pitch with electric for your tourer / motorhome and fishing rights to the sites fishing lake whilst employed. Although this role has no salary there is also the possibility of some paid hourly work with one of our sister companies when you are not carrying out your warden duties as well as comissions.
The position is for september start.
This position would suit an active retired couple who have run their own business before.

Located just two miles from St Ives town centre, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Trevalgan Touring Park has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.
Surrounded by open farmland Trevalgan lies nestled between the gorse, bracken and heather covered granite hills and the dramatic north Cornish coastline. The Park offers spectacular views and an abundance of flowers and wildlife. A variety of birds, seals and even dolphins can sometime be spotted from the nearby South West Coast Path.
We are looking for 2 motivated couples with own caravan/motorhome/tent (own transport essential) to join our small friendly team to clean the site facilities block and games room and undertake night cleaning/wardening duties.
We expect very high standards of cleaning and therefore the jobs will involve split shifts to ensure a thorough clean of the block during the afternoon and late evening and a check through in the morning and early evening. The evening shift will also involve walking around the site to assist guests with enquiries and ensuring everyone enjoys a good nights rest.
We anticipate the following schedule:
Couple 1 x 5 nights per week (22.5 hours per week) - night wardens
7pm to 7.30pm - checking toilets etc
10pm to midnight - walking around the site as night wardens, greeting the night buses etc
Midnight to 2.00am - cleaning facilities building and continuing to check on site noise levels etc
START DATE - immediate to end August/early September
Couple 2 x 2 days per week and 2 nights per week (19 hours per week) - relief workers
2 days to cover days off for day cleaners
2 nights to cover days off for night wardens
START DATE - immediate to end August/early September
Additional hours may be required to cover sickness absence etc and therefore you must be very flexible.

Due to being let down at the last minute, Seasonal Assistant Warden couple required for busy Touring Park. Work to include reception (computerised booking system), shop, cleaning of the amenity blocks, groundwork and maintenance. Previous experience is not necessary as training will be given. Applicants should be self-motivated, outgoing with excellent people skills. They must be enthusiastic and willing to work, and live, as part of our friendly team.
You will be working five days out of seven, rising to 6 days in the High Season. The position will also include evenings on call and working weekends and Bank Holidays. This position is seasonal initially to the end of October.

Green Hill Farm Caravan and Camping Park an award winning 4 star family run park, set on the edge of the beautiful New Forest. We are looking for a Seasonal Assistant Warden couple to join the team on our 160 pitch Touring Park.
Job role includes:-
- Reception work, working with a computerised booking system, answering telephone & email enquiries & taking bookings. Our reception includes a small park shop where you will be expected to serve customers and carry out stock rotation and stocking activities. Good computer literacy and people skills are essential, but previous experience of working on a site is not essential as full training will be given.
- Daily cleaning of shower/toilet/laundry blocks, areas around these blocks and bin points. Applicants must have a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail and appreciate the vital importance of this aspect of the role.
- Outdoor work including pitching customers, dealing with late arrivals, Health & Safety checks, toilet & late night noise/nuisance/fire checks.
- Gardening and grounds maintenance, including planting and maintaining flower boxes and other areas of planting and pruning and cutting back round lakes and other areas.
You will need a friendly disposition and enjoy working with the general public. Flexibility is key in this job role & a sense of humour is also required. You will need to be able to work independently, and will be required to do all aspects of this roll on your own at times.
Hours will be 35 per week, but will increase during busy periods and high season and decrease to 20 hours in October. You will be expected to work all weekends & bank holidays & be able to cope with the physically demanding aspect of the role which is very hectic during peak season.
You will need your own caravan or motorhome, a pitch with electric will be provided.
This position will be from April 1st until November 2nd 2014. You will have 2 days off per week, Tuesday and Wednesday initially, but this will change in peak season.
