Old Bidlake Farm is a smallholding situated in West Dorset, just three miles from the Jurassic Coast.
If you are new to camping this is an economical and easy way to enjoy a high quality, fully equipped tent and pitch which could cost you thousands of pounds to buy. Experienced campers will know how the setting up and dismantling of your camping equipment can seriously eat into valuable holiday time, and then there's all the effort involved in the preparation and packing beforehand. Hassle Free Camping @ Old Bidlake eliminates all the down sides to camping without taking away any of the fun of a real camping experience.
Four traditional canvas bell tents sit sheltered by hedges and wildflowers in a one acre section of pasture field with backdrop views of Colmers and Lewesdon Hills. We provide everything we can think of to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and lots of fun.
There is plenty of space for children to run free, ride bikes or go pony treking at the riding stables next door, whilst you sit back and unwind.
We are two miles from the vibrant Market Town of Bridport, a hub for art,music and food lovers and a ten minute drive to the beach.
Camping at Old Bidlake provides a great base for cycling and walking holidays, a perfect weekend retreat from the rat race, a traditional summer holiday or a memorable location to hold a special celebration.
