Dolgamedd is level, sheltered and nestled beside a river where campfires are allowed.Please do not use disposable b/q trays on our wooden picnic tables! We have no bar, no shop, we like it quiet here. Run by the Evans family, who farm nearby.
Swimming and Salmon fishing on site in the river Wnion, which is also popular with canoeists (when in flood).
New top class toilet block(w.t.b .4 star) with launderette and camper's kitchen with TV for wet days. We also have Wi-fi signal
Tarmac roads.
Excellent base for sea and mountains and for mountain biking at Coed y Brenin nearby.
Spacious pitches available to locate your own chosen Static Caravan on a separate field - please enquire for further information.

Nearby Attractions
Central for Miniature Railways, Castles, Bala lake (Llyn Tegid), beaches and mountains. Cader Idris mountain very close, with the Aran and Cnicht only 30 mins away. The famous Coed y Brenin mountain biking centre is 10 mins by car. Barmouth beach 15-20 mins away.

Take the A494, Bala to Dolgellau Road; at Bontnewydd,which is 3 x miles from Dolgellau,take the B4416 signed Brithdir, continue over the bridge, we are immediately on the left, please ignore Sat. Nav, which will often take you to the Farmhouse
