Shamba Holidays is ideally situated to explore Hampshire and Dorset, and is close to the New Forest and Bournemouth with its fine beaches. The park offers touring and camping facilities on a seven-acre level site, set in pleasant countryside. It has 150 good sized, well-drained pitches, all with electric hook-up facility. Shamba has a clubhouse with licensed bar, large screen TV, takeaway, reception, games room and shop. There is a children's play area offering an abundance of play equipment including swings, slides and climbing frame. Shamba also has an extremely modern amenity building incorporating showers and toilets, a family bathroom, enclosed wash-up area and launderette. In addition, it houses the superb 40ft heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool. The modern structure will allow the best of both worlds as it has the ability to recline the exterior walls and roof to let the sunshine in! This means that our guests can truly enjoy the facilities whatever the time of year and whatever the weather. We look forward to welcoming you to Shamba.
Nearby Attractions
The New Forest, with its many picturesque villages and market towns, is less than 3 miles away. A great place to explore on foot, bicycle or horseback. Bournemouth's sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and theatres are within easy reach, as are the harbour towns of Poole and Christchurch and the city of Salisbury. The Purbecks and Corfe Castle are only half an hour away. Other attractions include Moors Valley Country Park, Paultons Park, Alice in Wonderland, Marwell Zoo and Bournemouth Oceanarium.
Directions
Shamba Holidays is situated directly off the main A31 Ringwood to Wimborne road. A signboard is sited on the roadside. If approaching from the west, go past The Woodman public house, straight on at the next roundabout and then turn immediately left into East Moors Lane. Continue for approx 1 mile and the park is on the right-hand side
