East Fleet Farm Touring Park is located on the shores of the Fleet Lagoon, overlooking Chesil Beach and the sea. A family run park in the heart of our 300 acre organic diary farm, East Fleet offers a relaxed and peaceful environment yet we are only 3 miles from the busy seaside town of Weymouth with a wealth of activities and attractions. During the peak season it can get busy, so it is advisable to book in advance. The established main park is well screened with lots of trees and hedgerows and a centrally located toilet block and play area. The stablefield is fast becoming the field of choice the wooden toilet and shower block in this area has 8 family shower rooms with shower, sink & wc. The recently planted hedgerows in Stable Field are becoming more established. The shop sells groceries, gas, newspapers, milk, off-licence, gifts, toys & has a large selection of camping accessories, spares and furniture. The family bar opens in the evenings serving meals.
Nearby Attractions
Weymouth offers a very safe blue flag beach, there is a dog friendly area at one end. During the peak weeks there is a host of entertainment programmed, with fireworks weekly and the carnival the 3rd Wednesday in August. The sealife centre, Brewers Quay, Abbotsbury Swannery, gardens and farm are all close by, with Monkey World and Bovington tank museum only 30mins drive away.
Directions
From Dorchester take the A354 towards Weymouth. At Manor roundabout turn right, following the signs to Chickerell and B3157 along the bypass. At junction where bypass meets the B3157 go straight ahead down Fleet Lane. Please note Fleet Lane is 20mph zone and drive carefully past the houses. 1/2 mile down the lane will bring you to the reception area.
