Fish Pond's Bottom is a different camping experience, a place to get away from it all. It is a quiet, peaceful camp site. Spacious pitches in either pasture or woodland over a 3 1/2 acre site. This is a 'real' campers site. Sorry no large groups or music. 11.00p.m.- 9.00a.m. quiet please.
Star gazing is recommended and a full moon is magical.
We are keen environmentalists and all facilities at Fish Ponds Bottom reflect this. We ask our campers to recycle ALL their rubbish. The site is full of wildlife, the dawn chorus is splendid!
The compost loo and outdoor (private) hot shower have been built using reclaimed or recycled materials whenever possible. We have made this a feature of our campsite.
We allow camp fires by prior arrangement only.
Logs, kindling and local lumpwood charcoal for sale on site.
Very well behaved dogs are welcome. Please keep on the lead at all times whilst on site. There is plenty of space to run in the Forest just out of the gate. We provide bags and poo bin.

Fish Ponds Bottom is in the New Forest National Park
A haven for walkers, horse riders and cyclists. Hale is on the northern edge, a quieter part of the Forest and a great place from which to explore both the National Park and surrounding area.
Just walk out onto the Forest from Fish Ponds Bottom or explore the great variety of scenery the New Forest has to offer by cycle or car. There are many cycle paths across the Forest and cycles can be hired locally. There are several country pubs offering good food and two well stocked village shops nearby.
Stonehenge and historic Salisbury are to the north and the Jurassic Coast is only 45 minutes away to the South.
In Summer there are various local country shows, fetes and rallys including the Byegone Days Vintage vehicles and WW2 flyby.
