We are new family orientated campsite near Weymouth catering for tents, caravans, and motorhomes, offering generous pitches on one of our 8 acre level fields with views over the beautiful Dorset countryside.
Facilities include newly refurbished toilet and shower blocks, electric hook-ups and free WI-FI.
Located in Nottington a short drive from Weymouth with its golden sands, shops and old harbour.
Are aim is to supply great value camping, offering peace and quiet to allow you to unwind and enjoy Dorset at its best. We hope to welcome you soon.
Nearby Attractions
We are ideally located for visiting Weymouth with its famous beach,shops,sea life centre/viewing tower, old harbour, pavilion and restaurants. You can catch a boat for a fishing trip or even visit a famers market if you wish. The Jurassic Coast with its natural wonder of Chesil beach, the Isle of Portland with its light house and National sailing academy (home to the sailing olympic games) is very near by.
The county town of Dorchester is only 10 minutes away by car and is home to the county museum, shops, restaurants and market. We are surrounded in history with many historic sites and beautiful villages such as Abbotsbury.
Directions
By car from the A35, at the Dorchester roundabout, take the A354 to Weymouth. Once reaching the manor road roundabout (morrisons supermarket on left) turn right onto the B3159 sign posted Upwey.
Travel for approximately 1 mile then turn left into Nottington lane sign posted Nottington and Buckland Ripers. Once over the small bridge keep right towards Buckland Ripers. Once through the village and round the corner Higher Moor Farm is on the left hand side.
