Dolbeare Park is a multi award winning 5 star park located in South East Cornwall - 5 miles from the Devon border and is open all year.
We are so easy to get to, motorway (M5) and then dual carriageway (A38) all the way. We are just one mile from A38 over a slight hill so no road noise. No getting stuck behind a tractor for miles!
We are a small site covering 9 acres and are surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside and only 1 mile from the A38 - being slightly below us so we hear no road noise.
During the summer months, we have BBQ's, play rounders, have fun with archery and the children can race around our children's adventure play area. We have a small shop with fresh bread, croissants, local meat for the BBQ and we also have an off licence for ice cool beer, wine and local cider.
In 2011, we were voted number 3 and the Regional Winner at The Practical Caravan Top 100 Awards - voted by our customers.
Our nearest beach at Seaton is just 10 minutes away and a little further just 20 mins are the beautiful beaches of Whitsand Bay - a haven for surfers, exploring rock pools, walking the coastal path of the Rame Peninsula and relaxing on this fantastic south east Cornwall beach. In South East Cornwall alone, there are 50 beaches to explore.
The fishing villages of Looe and Polperro are 20 minutes and 30 minutes away. Plymouth is 20 minutes. Truro is an hour into Cornwall and Exeter is an hour into Devon.

Fantastic attractions within 30 minutes are: Adrenalin Quarry and Kartworld (10 mins away), Canoing along the Tamar (20 mins away), Monkey Sanctuary (20 mins away), National Aquarium at Plymouth (20 mins away), Skiing and Toboganning (15 mins away), Tree Surfing (30 mins away), cinema and theatre in Plymouth (20 mins away), sailing and boat launching (10 mins away), course fishing (5 mins away).... the list is endless....
Walking along the Coastal Path from Cremyll, through Mount Edgcumbe Park, to Cawsand, Kingsand and to the 11th century monks'chapel at Rame Head is a truly spectacular walk.

We are very easy to find and well signposted.
From the East: Follow the A38 past Plymouth and over the Tamar Bridge. After a further 4 miles (7km), in the village of Landrake, turn right immediatetly after the footbridge. Then follow our signs for 3/4 mile (1km).
From the West: Follow the A38 towards Plymouth, but when you reach Landrake turn left just before the footbridge. Follow our signs to the site.
