Nestled in Robin Hood‘s North Nottinghamshire Trentfield Farm is located on the banks of the River Trent in the quiet hamlet of Church Laneham, an old estate village of the Bishop of York which is steeped in History.
We are a caravan and camp site that‘s ideal for visiting Sherwood Forest, The city of Lincoln, Sundown Adventureland and Clumber Park. We work on a good old fashioned policy of a traditional Caravan and camping site, but with all the mod cons and excellent customer service.
No good caravan or camping site should be without its own pub, the Ferry Boat Inn is a short walk down the towpath 5-7 minute walk away, and is both dog and child friendly. It serves a good range of food to eat in or take away as well as being proud to serve a selection of CAMRA ‘Locales‘ which sometimes includes Springhead Brewery, which is based in the main village. The local shop is a 5 minute drive or 10 minute cycle away which has provisions of papers, milk, and freshly baked bread!
Thanks to this site and its customers comments we are continually updating and improving the park.
A Comprehensive Information pack given on arrival giving lots of suggestions of what to do when your here.
