Small kid- free, off-grid, easy camping in pre-pitched tents, with breakfast included so you can travel light, or you can bring your own tent. We are open are only open for one more weekend:
1st & 2nd Sept
If booking a pre-pitched tent just bring a sleeping bag, torch and a few essentials. We provide all the gear and even ingredients for an evening meal (or it's 45 mins walk across the fields to a choice of local pubs).
It's authentic, off grid camping in a beautiful location - looking out onto a lake and the South Downs National Park surrounded by vines.
Inspired by homestays and a super helpful hostel in Santiago we offer a friendly, relaxed campsite with 4 pre-pitched tents and 6 grass pitches for couples, solo campers and groups who love the outdoors, discovering new places and sharing experiences.
Our hub tent with tables and benches, maps, walking routes, offers a communal space to chat, drink tea and eat cake! While in the evenings sipping incredibly local wine and beer around the campfire is encouraged.
However, we're not a party site, we have a low noise policy around the campsite after 10.30pm. Also please note that the vineyard is private land and a commercial vineyard and winery. The vines are off limits and you must NOT touch, pick or prod the vines. Anyone who does will be asked to leave.
Travel from London, Brighton, or Chichester straight from work on Friday and unwind by a campfire in the early evening.
The site is located on a commercial vineyard (Albourne Estate) and home to Bedlam Brewery so wine tasting and brewery tours are an option on some weekends.
We're a field away from the South Downs National Park, with some great walks and cycling routes to lovely village pubs and cafes and for the more adventurous we're 10 miles from Steyning MTB (skill levels 3-5)
Brighton & Hove and the coast are less than 12 miles.
