The Shingler family welcome you to Lower Lacon Caravan Park, situated just one mile from the attractive market town of Wem, North Shropshire with train and bus services and convenient for many local attractions. For example the historic towns of Shrewsbury, Ellesmere and Whitchurch, all within 10 miles.
We now have 47 acres of land, and accommodate caravans, tents, motor caravans and static holiday homes.
270 electric points, 2 Toilet and shower blocks, a new shop with off licence, cafe and take away meals. An outdoor heated swimming pool, an adult only Club with a marquee for the children there is also a Barn, with a licensed bar where we hold family discos during the summer. Also for the children (or young at heart) we have a crazy golf course, a play area and some animals including, kune kune pigs, alpacas, sheep, goats, a pony, ducks and chickens.

Directions
Twelve Miles north of Shrewsbury and one mile outside the town of Wem - turn left over the railway crossing onto the B5065 for 1 mile or leaving the A49 onto the B5065 3 miles on your right.
