Small very well-kept adult only touring park with fantastic views of surrounding Cumbrian fells.
Popular with those seeking peace & relaxation but also handy for all the attractions of both The Lake District & The Yorkshire Dales.
Many visiting birds which we like to encourage mainly in the pretty central shrubbery, the site also enjoys views of grazing sheep on the hills, dairy cows & frequent sheepdog training by the farmer in a nearby paddock.
Immaculate heated facilities block including free HOT showers & less-abled private washroom.
All pitches have hook-ups & gravel hardstandings.
WiFi wireless internet to all pitches charges apply, from £3.
Boosted TV signal with around 50 digital channels included in your pitch fee.
Laundry service provided - bring to reception, we wash & tumble dry while you enjoy your holiday.
Well-behaved dogs welcome at no extra charge. Many lovely country walks directly from the site & also small doggy exercise area on site ideal for quickies.
August Bank Holiday minimum 5 night booking.

Directions
From M6 junction 37 follow the A684 towards Kendal for 2 miles, immediately after white cottage turn left at cross-roads, sign posted "New Hutton". Site on right in 3/4 mile. Only follow these directions from M6 as Sat Nav can be inappropriate. (Warning! Some Sat Navs tell you to turn left at the village hall leading into a narrow cul-de-sac, ignore this and follow 'The Ashes' signs on your RIGHT a bit further along the road).
From Kendal follow A684 towards Sedbergh for 3 miles to same cross-roads and turn right, just past bus shelter on right.
Only approach and depart via A684.
