Nearby Attractions
We are just five minutes walk from the secluded cove of Porth Eilian which is excellent for swimming, rock pooling and fishing. We are perfectly situated for campers walking the coastal path. From here you can see wild flowers, sea birds, seals, dolphins and porpoise as well as panoramic views of the North Wales coast and Snowdonia. Stretching out into the sea from the cove is the headland of Point Lynas at the end of which is an automatic lighthouse this can be reached by public footpath and is great for sunset views. Five minutes away by car is the copper mine, Mynydd Parys which dates back 4000 years to the Bronze age. The 'Copper Trail' leads from the Heritage centre in Amlwch Port to the copper mine.
