Nestled into the South Coast Countryside in South Somerset, bordering both Devon & Dorset is this unique rural camping & caravanning touring park. This quiet, level oak woodland site is set in 8.5 acres of parkland with pitches naturally screened by rhododendrons amongst the mature oaks, beeches & birches.
For Tents there are ample camping pitches on the campsite where the feeling of seclusion, amongst totally natural settings and abundant wildlife of both flora & fauna, is to be enjoyed.
With many of the above pitches serviced with electric, campers are encouraged to pitch anywhere they please to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere which allows them to escape the trappings of modern life.
Children are occupied with both swings and a giant trampoline complete with safety enclosure netting, plus the abundance of safe cycle and walking tracks within the park to explore and play safely. They may even find an old WWII pill box. Additionally a heated outdoor swimming pool set within a sun trap offers even more family holiday fun.
Friendly Dogs are welcome, on leads.
Nearby Attractions
The park is close to several major attractions, including Cricket St. Thomas Wildlife Park, Forde Abbey, Hornsbury Mill and the RNAS Yeovilton Museum. Alpine Grove is also just a 5 minute drive to a 24 hour supermarket. Fishing and golf are available close by. The World Heritage Coastline of Dorset / East Devon (including the famed resorts of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Seaton) are just a 20 minute drive away.

Follow signs for Cricket St. Thomas Wildlife Park. (Junction 25 on the M5). You will then pick up our signs.
