Barn Farm is a growing campsite located close to the Derbyshire Dales towns of Matlock and Bakewell making it a perfect location for tourists.
Barn Farm's buildings date back to the 1500's overlooking the beautiful Derwent Valley.
The campsite is extremely popular with all ages whom many visit several times a year. Our luxury camping barns are an ideal setting.

Please email or contact us for availability.
The Limestone Way passes close by the farm, which is situated on the junction of no less than four major footpaths.
There are well-maintained footpaths throughout the area. Bordering the farm is the mystical Stanton Moor with its ancient 'Nine Ladies' stone circle. A little farther the River Lathkill provides the focus of a pleasant walk through the beautiful Lathkill Dale.
Robin Hood's Stride and Catcliffe Rocks are just two of the local climbing areas. There are many excellent sports facilities within the region such as fishing, riding and watersports.
Being located between Bakewell and Matlock, Barn farm is extremely accesible by the A6 and then taking the B5056.
Please do not, under any circumstances, try and approach the campsite via Stanton Lees in any large vehicle. The road is very steep and narrow and is most unsuitable. Please use the B5056 as above.
We are at the very top of the village on the right hand side.
