Stubcroft Farm campsite is a small traditional seasonal site situated on a working sheep farm close to sandy beaches and Chichester Harbour. The
peaceful private lanes and grounds surrounding the farm it makes an ideal holiday for families & couples wishing to escape the pressures of
modern life. There are always seasonal farming events from lambing to haymaking & harvest and we pride ourselves on a friendly & welcoming atmosphere. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk or 2-3min drive from the campsite.
The campsite is in a secluded level five acre paddock sheltered by trees & hedges. Facilities have recently been upgraded and now there are three showers available for campers use, (one free & two coin operated) three washbasins, two conventional flushing toilets & six ecoloo cubicles. There are eight electric hookup points, four sinks for washing up, plenty of water taps & a chemical waste disposal point. The farm is an environmentally friendly sustainable farm with waste recycling facilities etc. which we ask guests to sort recyclables into the appropriate bins.
Nearby Attractions
There are sandy beaches within 15-20 minutes walk down the private farm lanes. The historic city of Chichester is 5-6 miles away and there are many attractions within a half hours drive including Goodwood racecourse, Portsmouth historic ships, the weald and Downland Open Air Museum, Chichester Harbour, Fishbourne Roman Palace and many more. East Wittering village is within walking distance and provides a good selection of traditional village shops and a wide range of places to eat from simple fish & chips to classic French & Italian cuisine, all within a few hundred yards of the beach.

Directions: Take the A286 south of Chichester towards the Witterings. After 3-4 miles there is a long straight road through Birdham. Fork left onto the B2198 at roundabout by a Total garage signed to E. Wittering & Bracklesham. After 1/2 mile, past the Bell Pub there is an S bend. Turn right into Tile Barn Lane on 2nd bend then 200yds turn 1st left just past second speed hump.
