Port Ban is a peaceful haven for those who want to get away from it all. The sheer beauty of the area and the rich diversity of wildflowers & wildlife never cease to amaze both our new and regular visitors alike. The park has half a mile of completely unspoiled coastline with quiet sandy beaches.
This is one of the last undiscovered corners of Scotland; indeed the west at it's best. The park, as well as being situated in an area of intense beauty and cultural interest, also aims to provide facilities and on-site activities to suit both young and old, active and non-active, designed at giving guests the option of spending their entire holiday without leaving the park.
The park has a lovely tranquil atmosphere and parents can relax comfortably whilst the children enjoy the freedom and space which is Port Ban.
Other facilities include a shop selling groceries, crafts, toys and fishing tackle, a coffee bar with home baking and serving light meals in season, fish & chip shop.
Kilmartin House is the centre for archaeology and landscape interpretation situated in Argyll, on the West Coast of Scotland. There is fishing with Saithe, leithe, rock salmon, cuddies and mackerel all to be caught off the coastline at Port Ban. There is boating, walking, cycling plus hiking. Port Ban boasts three golf courses within easy driving distance.
Leave the M8 onto the M898 and after a mile bear right onto the A898. Continue for about 1.5 miles onto the A82 and then the A83. Tirn right from the A83 onto the B8024. Continue on here for about 15miles and you will come across signposts for the holiday park.
