This family site overlooks a picturesque bay on the northern tip of the Cotentin peninsula, 8 kilometres east of Cherbourg Port.
It makes a pleasant night halt, or an ideal longer stay destination for those not wishing to travel too far.
Its pleasing location offers direct access to a small sandy beach, also to a woodland walk where only the noise of a cascading stream disturbs the peace.
Beyond the site lie miles of walking tracks through the gorse-covered hills which cluster around the site and make it a sheltered sun-trap.
This is a terraced site with magnificent sea and hill views. The touring pitches (all with 10A elect.) are level, separated and mostly well shaded by the trees, bushes and shrubs.
Facilities :
Two sanitary blocks are kept spotlessly clean, motorcaravan service point.
Indoor pool (1/4-30/9). Heated swimming pool with flume (1/5-15/9). Shop (1/4-30/9). Restaurant and popular bar/ pizzeria (1/5-10/9). Tennis court. Play area. Organised entertainment in season. Mini-club for children (6-12 yrs). Bicycle and kayak hire.

Directions
From Cherbourg port follow directions for Caen and Rennes. After the third roundabout, take slip road to right and under road towards Bretteville-en-Saire (D116).
From southeast on N13 at first (Auchan) roundabout, take slip road to right towards Tourlaville (N13 car ferry - route for Poids Lourds), ahead at next roundabout then turn right at third lights onto D116 to Bretteville. Continue for 7 km. and site is signed to right.
There is a short, steep climb up to the camp site entrance.
