By the landing beaches of june 1944, close to Sainte-Mere-Eglise, 20 meters from the Normandy sea,
near an 18 golf-course, discover our campsite, selected by The Caravan Club, Alan Rogers and Camping de reve guides.
Our family friendly campsite invites you to explore different hiking paths in a preserved nature, and to relaxe at the indoor and outdoor heated pools (with jacuzzi) and sauna.
Services and equipments :
Kawan village Le Cormoran is equiped with two heated pools, one covered, one outside, shop, bar with a pub atmosphere, fresh pizzas and snack to take-away, inflatables games, tennis, bike rides, pool-golf, beach volley, go karts, animal park, activities room, television room, library ....
Le Cormoran campsite is open from the 5th of April to the 30th of September 2013 and offers you:
- Pitches for tents, caravanes or camping-cars.
- Service areas for camping-cars.
- Rentings of mobil-homes and chalets (terrasse and satellite TV included).
Nearby Attractions
In Fontenay sur Mer, 3 km from the campsite, the small golf becomes a 18 holes golf course.This links type golfcourse is situated on the seaside so that you may practice your swing whilst enjoying the landscape.
On kilometers of sandy beaches, come and discover the sensations of sand yachting (5 km from the campsite).
Normandy will forever be remembered in history as the area where D-Day took place. Discover 10 km away from the campsite two of the most emblamatic sites of the landings :
Sainte-Mere Eglise, where the paratrooper John Steel, got caught up on the churche steeple, remains in many peoples memories.
35 mn from the campsite, embark on an adventure into the depths of the seas by visiting the "Cite de la mer" and take the tour of a real submarine.
