In the green heart of Burgundy, surrounded by forests in rolling countryside you find our lovely, unique, small, quiet and friendly camp-site. Only half a mile outside the pittoresque village Saint Leger sous Beuvray, which has al the necessary commodities to stay for a relaxed holiday. Even in summerseason the site is quiet and friendly, because it is not a real campsite with big families.
Lots of walking routes from the site, even some cycling routes for the rehearsed cyclist! The site is ideal for relaxing and reading al the books you would have liked to read a long time ago!
The Burgundy climate is very agreable, in summer not too warm, not often windy and now and then a refreshing shower, which keeps the area green and fascinating.The months september and octobre in burgundy are well known as 'indian summers'
The new sanitary bloc is always kept very clean and everywhere in the sanitary bloc you will find hot showers and hot water. Even on the picks there are several waterpoints and everywhere onthe site there are waist pipes.
Just a few miles (you may walk to this museum) you will find the archeologic museum Birbracte, with guided tours in English.
In a range of 50 miles you will find and touch all the treasures that Burgundy is well-known for. The
famous vineyards, pittoresque villages as there are AUTUN, BEAUNE, CHATEAU CHINON, cathedrals and lots of gastronomic burgundy restaurants.
A stay on our site brings you in the middle of this.
