Since we opened up for a few days camping 3 yrs ago the demand has been quite extra ordinary and we have met some really good people who share our love of the countryside
The primary experience we want you to enjoy with us is the peace, quiet and beauty of nature and the ability to have a fire.
No unsupervised teenage groups.
Only friendly dogs allowed, kept on leads at all times
No fireworks or paper lanterns
You are NOT allowed to collect any wood from the surrounding woodland, bring your own (no construction wood) or buy from us.
We do not have recycling facilities here on the farm and we do ask you to take your refuse home with you. And finally, we ask you to be responsible with alcohol. Moderation is de rigeur. Enough said?
Friday nights Musicians go free! Singing around the campfire at night are some of my fondest memories and we honor any musician who can lead the way. The only condition on the offer is that you have to be a 'half decent' musician and have an 'open house' around your fire so others can enjoy your talent. Be ready to audition with your favorite song at any time by Alice or myself. No drumming or bongos please as this sound travels
cost is £10 per adult and £5 per child 3 to 16yrs P/N. There are no pitch or other charges except £5 per load of logs. It is compulsory to book for 2N on a weekend and 3N over bank holidays.
To book a place please use our new booking system on our website. Or for larger groups over 6 send an email to camping@wowo.co.uk.
