Escale campsite is located at 700 m from Treherve beach and 3 km from the long Damgan beach.
The area around the campsite offers a wide range of activities. On the coast, everyone can find shells like mussels, oysters, cockles, ...
Tourists can fish, cycle or simply take advantage of walking the country and coastal paths.
Watersports can also be found in Damgan with sailing schools
Nearby Attractions
Treherve beach is located 700 m from the campsite. You can join the coastal path to Kervoyal and Damgan on one side, or the port of Billiers on the other.
Small coves and large stretches of beach are ideal for enjoying the sun, a swim or you can also go fishing on foot at low tide.
The Gulf of Morbihan is an inland sea which covers about 100 square kilometres. It is unique because of its combination of small islands which you can visit on a boat trip.
Morbihan is very historically rich and the Gulf with its islands attracts many tourists. They can be discovered just a few minutes away from the land by ferry. Belle-ile, lile de Groix, lile aux moines and many other islands offer a panoramic view.
Directions
The campsite is located at 25 km from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, in south Brittany.
If you come from Vannes, follow "Nantes", then take the exit "Ambon/Damgan". In Ambon,follow Ambon Plage, then "TREHERVE PLAGE".
If you come from Nantes, follow "Vannes", then take the exit "Ambon/Damgan". Follow "Damgan" and TREHERVE PLAGE.
