Directions from Exeter (M5) Take the A38.
Leave the A38 at Wrangaton Cross. Go one mile to Kittaford Cross. Turn right onto A3121, travel for 5 miles, PASSING Ugborough and Ermington. Take the next left turn and join the A379 Modbury road and travel through Modbury. 1 mile after Modbury turn left at Harraton Cross. Pennymoor is 1 mile on left
Alternatively, at Kittaford Cross continue straight across, onto B3196 and after four miles take the SECOND left turn AFTER the California Cross petrol statio. Our site is one and a half miles on the right
Directions from Plymouth: Take A379 to Modbury, then as above
